Management system implementation
Groupe DGE International has the expertise to support your company in the implementation of your management system. The ISO 14001 standard enables the assessment of the company’s activities, products and services as well as environmental impacts through the implementation of an environmental management system (EMS). As for the OHSAS 18001 standard, it aims at implementing a health and safety management system (HSMS) to reduce risks that might occur in the company’s daily operations.
How does an implementation project take place?
Two options are available: a turnkey project, where we lead the implementation of your project with the help of your internal team (complete implementation), or a coaching project, where we provide external support to your internal team who conducts the project.
